Circle Guidelines

Before joining The Resilience & Renewal Circle, participants agree to help create a safe, respectful, and compassionate space for everyone.

1. Confidentiality

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Participants agree not to repeat, record, or share another person’s story outside the group.

2. Respectful Listening

Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and respected. Please listen without interrupting, judging, correcting, or trying to fix another participant’s experience.

3. Sharing Is Optional

You are welcome to share, but you are never required to. Silence, reflection, and simply being present are also welcome.

4. Speak From Personal Experience

Please use “I” statements and speak from your own experience. Avoid giving advice unless it is specifically invited.

5. Emotional Safety

This circle is designed to be supportive, gentle, and compassionate. Participants are asked to respect each other’s emotional boundaries and share only what feels safe and appropriate.

6. Not Therapy or Crisis Care

The Resilience & Renewal Circle is a supportive community space. It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If you are in immediate crisis or danger, please contact emergency services or a qualified crisis support service in your area.

7. Respect the Group Space

Please arrive on time, be present, and join from a private and quiet space whenever possible. Cameras are encouraged but not required unless otherwise stated.

8. No Recording

Recording, screenshots, or saving any part of the session is not permitted.

9. Kindness and Inclusion

All participants are expected to engage with compassion, respect, and care. Discriminatory, aggressive, or harmful language will not be tolerated.

10. Agreement

By registering for the circle, you agree to honour these guidelines and contribute to a safe and supportive space for all participants.
